Insurance Assistance
If you have medication coverage, we’ll help submit prior authorization requests to your insurance on your behalf.
Monthly Management Fee – $99/month
This covers your personalized treatment plan, unlimited check-ins and visits, 24/7 access to your provider through our app, unlimited body scans, and special discounts on in-office aesthetic services.
Medication Costs
Please note that the cost of any prescribed medication is determined by your pharmacy and insurance benefits. This cost is not included in the $99 monthly management fee and is paid directly to the pharmacy.

During your consultation with me, we’ll discuss your symptoms, review your health history, and arrange a convenient home sleep test. If OSA is confirmed, I can provide a prescription for a CPAP machine or an oral appliance to help you sleep better, breathe easier, and protect your long-term health.
